Collaborative project with Occupy Museums - Tal Beery, Imani Jacqueline Brown, Noah Fischer, Kenneth Pietrobono and Arthur Polendo
Debtfair is an ongoing artistic campaign to expose the relationship between economic inequality in the art market and artists’ growing debt burdens, exploring the idea that all spaces function with a layer of extraction just below the surface. By directly asking, "How does your economic reality affect your art?" Debtfair seeks to bring artists, their work and the spaces they inhabit directly to the table of economic discussion and organizing.
